PATHETIC BANK - Steer clear!!!!

FNB are pathetic lately! It is like they caught corona and just have not recovered.. Since Lockdown has eased up and things started getting back to normal, they have just been NON RESPONSIVE. I have logged atleast 4 important queries since September, and I keep getting told someone will contact me.. I am still waiting for a phone call.. I have sent emails to complaints, whereby I get a response saying my complaint has been acknowledged, and someone will get back to me within 48 hours.. Well maybe they meant 48 months at this rate.. And then cherry on top, apparently FNB know when my December pay date is before I, or my company even does! And then go and change my loans collections to when they think I am going to be paid... If anyone reading this is looking to open a bank account, if you want good service, you should steer as far clear of FNB as possible
