Pathetic bank no service

It's almost a month later and my account is still blocked. My debit orders are bouncing and I can't do anything I have spoken to multiple people and no one has answers it's pathetic I will sue you people because you can not block my account and reverse funds for no reason. Where that person got the funds has nothing to do with me. I have opened up a ******** charge against fnb as well !!!! Get this sorted now !! I'll put this in the newspaper
