Pathetic bank. Help edreams ***** money.

.Since last August they allow edreams to take money from our account EVERY MONTH. We have bought two tickets with edreams last August. Since then they have been deducting R195 from our credit card every month. When we ask fnb to stop their deductions we are told to sort it out ourselves. FNB Card division is pathetic. We have dealt with Precious Dladla and 3 others to no avail. Precious Ndladla, F Sayed, and PPSR at FNB reimburse us every month AFTER we have to waste time and money to get our money back. They cannot even stop an ******* payment to companies *****ing from our account WITH transaction fees they do not repay.
