Pathetic bank *****

My account was blocked, I was told to go into the bank to do biometrics to unblock it. After going in twice and waiting forever finally it was unblocked only to be blocked again the same day and funds to be taken out ! Then for the next 5 days no one at ***** was available to help this is pathetic now a week later no one has called and still nothing has been done and R60000 missing. This is the most pathetic bank never use them !! I'm pregnant and have no funds to even go to work!
