Pathetic bank. FNB

FNB has been such a disappointment to me and my family. My father RM Ncane had a Will with them. He passed away in 2014. We submitted all the required documentation by 2014 till to date some of the beneficiaries & my mother have not been paid. All the time I had to be the one to contact them to do the follow up. From 2014 how much of interest my mother have lost with the money sitting with them if she had invested. This is such a pathetic bank would not recommend it to anyone to do a will with them. Otherwise their families would strunge when they are gone.
