Pathetic bank

This is the most pathetic business bank ever since a week ago we have been battling to get a hold of our business banker and relationship manager from the gateway branch, when I visited the branch I was advised staff are working remotely and need to call to make an appointment. I was given the number however consultants dropping the calls or the phone just not being answered. Is this the service they claim to provide clients pathetic I have a major LC I require help monetising. But no one in this pathetic branch or organisation can get their ass into to gear 22 million is not small change . I rather close my account
