Pathetic bank

Last week I sent my bank statements for my claim to be paid this month ,an agent called and said there is no need to send statements anymore my claim will be paid till Dec . She also said my claim for Oct will be paid the 25th ,it is the 29th and interest was already added but the bank never paid my claim on my loan. I am so sick and tired , literally every month since I put in the retrenchment claim I have to follow up why FNB has not paid the account yet . Why man what is wrong with you people . I can't express anymore how fed up I am why must o do this every month when u know my cla must be paid Oct ,nov ,Dec . If I am still not working you must cover my payments another 6 months so please do what u need to do
