<p>I have a smartspend loan with FNB which fell in arears because of unforseen circumstances. I am a contract worker and not full time. So I made an arrangement with their company debt collectors SSDA ref.VERMAAK debit order arranged on FNB ref ********** 023. An amount of R 1 000,00 will be debited on the 2017/03/31. SSDA ********** 600. They deducted almost everything from my ***.75. </p>
Its inhumane. Same thing happened december. I big question remain. Why cant you contact clients and discuss these sort of matters.
