Pathetic Bank

The level of service is disgusting....on the 7th September, I wrote on my banking app that I need to cancel all of my FNB accounts, I got a settlement, paid it and to date 23 October my accounts are still not closed but now owe R408.00 because of your pathetically high charges. I have emailed, I have called, I have advised not once but several times that I live overseas and that my number has changed but no contact back only lots and lots of charges. I live over seas and no longer need my accounts and it is stupid to fund something I no longer use. Please close all of my accounts by the close of business today and best you remove what you have charged me as I am not paying this. I have always managed my accounts well and will not be blacklisted because of your pathetic inefficiencies..

So Thank you for closing my credit card, but I am not sure what part of ALL my accounts you did not understand. To add insult to injury, you have charged me a 2nd monthly fee, on the 20/10/18 you deducted your monthly fee of R209.00 and now today the 24/10/18 you have deducted R27, 86, so not only have I been waiting since the 7th September for you to close my accounts after getting a settlement from you, you have now charged me even more money. You are still pathetic. GET MY ACCOUNTS CLOSED WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT !!!! Make sure that you deduct any money you have charged me after the 7th September as I will not pay this, nor will you blacklist me as this is not a default on my side.

Thank you for sorting this out, I do appreciate it. What I find sad is that one has to go to this length to get any action or help but again, I do appreciate your help perhaps you should should the rest of the bank how you care about its customers.
