Pathetic bank

I wrote to the bank requesting that my interest rate on my home loan be reviewed as I am battling to afford my installments with such a high rate. After 10 years of having my bond with the bank I am still told I don't qualify for rate review. I think FNB is such a pathetic bank, I just can't wait to settle my debt with you. I now believe when they say you are a ****** bank.
