Pathetic Bank
I have opened a business account with FNB months ago, still do not have a bank card and no access to online banking. Have requested three times for FNB to make contact with me but nothing. I originally requested a card to be sent to my branch but FNB decides to send it by courier, do you think your customers have all day to sit around during the week waiting on your courier company, we work as well! Pathetic system and Pathetic Bank
