Pathetic ATM Service FNB Century City and N1 City...just Pathetic!!!

Pathetic ATM Service from FNB!!

I experienced bad ATM service at both First National Bank Century City and N1 City. Yesterday I went to the Century City Branch to withdraw R5000. There was a queue of at least 15 people waiting to use the ATM. Of the 4 machines available, two didn't have enough money, and one was only for statements. The kicker however is, the other machine that was functioning was being hogged for more than 45 minutes by a guy depositing large sums of money in R20/R50 notes. I timed him, and by the time I complained (45 minutes later) he was still busy. I have seen this at N1 City branch as well. I am all for ATM deposits, but surely FNB can do better by monitoring that behaviour at ATM's? After a while, people at the back of the queue started cutting in, with no consideration for others who have been waiting to use the ATM for more than 50 minutes. Next time I observe this behaviour, I'm going to make a video recording and post it online...
