Pathetic as expected

Transferred money from NZ a week ago and it snot in my account. After spending 2 days trying to contact them I had to install their app on my phone. 5 People can't understand that their **** app won't authenticate me. OK. That is 3500 down the drain (not including the call cost for an international call of 2 hours) Tried to transfer the 1200 in my acc to another acc before that disappears, NO, my acc in inactive. Take the 1200 fnb, YOU ARE NOT WORTH THE EFFORT. That is a total of about 4700 lost.THANKS. Brendon, Charity, Loreanne and Nokuthula NICE!!!
