Pathetic and useless service

I have been trying now for almost a week to get FNB to assist me. An consultant called me on Monday to assist me but could not. I have taken up an temp loan with fnb and it was paid up before the due date. All i requested was for fnb to send me a paid up letter which they did send through and to remove it from itc so that i may apply for a business loan with another bank thats willing to assist me in expanding my small business. The only thing now that is stopping me from getting my business loan and expanding my business is FNB. I was told by the consultant that i would need to get a report from Experience to say that the loan was paid up. How stupid can fnb be, they just sent me a paid up letter of a temp one month loan and now they are requesting that i get a paid up letter from an external source.i was then told a consultant from the loan department will be calling me. It's been 2 days now and have still not heard anything from fnb. Please get someone with common sense to call me immediately to sort this **** out.
