Pathetic and Useless FirstRand/FNB

Commenced my SARS tax Return today only to find an Auto Populated amount of over R9,000 reflecting as interest received and the institution reflecting as Firstrand. I DON'T BANK WITH Firrstrand, FNB or any of the subsidiaries.! In trying to resolve the matter I called numerous numbers (some provided by FNB Staff) to no avail. The one number I tried continuously responded with a 'not available' voice message. I eventually got hold of someone who advised that I need to go into a branch. What utter ******* - you incorrectly provide data to SARS that I have to spend my time and money trying to resolve! I'm so glad I don't bank with you guys, ****** useless!!
