Pathetic and terrible service from Tshepo

Tshepo doesn't know the meaning of customer service. One of your agents changed my delivery address, which has led to delays and me cancelling my order. I honestly have no idea why I'm still your customer. Tshepo tells me to say they can't deliver my order today when I have been inconvenienced already. didnt even give me a chance to finish the conversation, dropped the call on me immediately when I said I'm cancelling. Talk about not giving a damn.
