PATHETIC AND ***********, CLOSE YOUR DOORS

This is a pathetic bank. I have settled my bank account overdraft in February 2021, requesting that the account should be closed. This was done via lawyers and we received a paid up letter. Two months later. Charges are still being added to his bank account which he does not use and is settled and it is not closed yet. Pathetic to say the least.
