Pathetic and Hopeless service. Dont for their customers

<p>It has been more than 8 months since I have been asking/pleading these people to change/amend the short name on my account. Nothing has been done. And each and every time I need my Bank Statements to for security reasons, it give/causes me major issues.</p> <p> </p> <p>What does it take to knock this into these peoples skulls on what needs to be do e here?</p>
