Pathetic and dishonest customer service. I tried to make use of credit insurance on a personal loan instead of taking the bank payment holiday. FNB informed me the only way to apply is through their app which has never been working properly. Building a rocket is easier than finding this application on their horrible app. After this incident I will close my account with FNB.
