Pathetic and disgracefull Service by fnb insurance

I am insured for my vehicle from fnb and its 2 days now I lost my vehicle and submitted my claim and still waitng for coustsey vehicle from insurance. It seem like ther is no urgency or care for a client in the mind of insurer because they wanted to give me a Toyota yaris while I lost a long wheel base bakkie and I have been paying monthly premium for a bakkie and the car they offering me it's the half of the price of what o have been paying for more then 1 year. And the lady who phoned me her name was Jessica from Johannesburg. PATHETIC AND POOR SERVICE
