Pathetic admin

I have never received such pathetic service from fnb ...I don’t know if it’s ***** or what....I got a call on the 24th for a personal loan...I initially wanted 10k and the consultants named Kholo mokgwatswana said I only qualify for 7k over 6 months I asked him to call me after 2 hours which he did not. I then called today this morning and explained to the consultant named Mpumi he then said I qualify for 150k which I declined and explained what kholo said on Thursday...he then granted 10k over 60 months and accepted a mandate on the app....few hours later kholo calls again and said what was done on my profile is wrong and loan will decline my questions is how so wen it was approved and waiting for funds after o accepted mandate ok the fnb . Now am informed it must be canceled n kholo will call again tomorrow.

I don’t know the hide and seek game on my profile because am in financial need and consultants taking me for a fool.what ******* is this
