PATHETIC!!!!! ABSOLUTELY USELESS!! Stay away!

I have been trying to get my PayPal funds deposited into my bank account now for almost 2 months. They keep telling me I need to send proof of residence, so I sent them a declaration & affidavit BOTH CERTIFIED which they do not accept as proof of residence, even though I have used this for almost 5 years with everyone else, because I DO NOT have a cellphone or other account with my address on it. First they deny my first declaration my father wrote (as I am staying with him). Had his ID and mine on the declaration and then FNB refused this because they say I need to separate documents (I cant have our copies of our ID's on the declaration) I mean...what? How else are they supposed to confirm my dad's details with mine??? Then I send them an certified Affidavit which they also do not accept as Proof of Residence...but they attach a Declaration of address page for me to fill in. And they want that certified with the proof of residence. If I had a proof of residence, I don't need a declaration and they didn't want to accept it the first time so what the hell do they want from me?????? Useless brainless people working there. Tried calling numerous times without success. Asked them numerous times to get a MANAGER TO CONTACT ME BECAUSE I CAN NO LONGER DEAL WITH *********** PEOPLE who keep asking me for the same things for 2 months and no matter what I give them, they do not accept it. So what am I to do now???????? NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME AFTER VARIOUS REQUESTS. BAD, BAD, BAD, BAD , BAD!!!!! So glad I don't have my main bank accounts with them as they are USELESS!!!! "How can we help you?" is their motto...pfft! You have to s****feed them the same **** 10 times and they still don't get it. Worst service I ever experienced in our country...and that's saying A LOT!
