supposedly the business bank that is at the forefront of technology in South Africa. But its people does not know how to open emails and read the contents thereof.

Been contacted numerous times about documents which I sent couple of times to them. Best is being called this morning requesting documents and when I told the caller to check her emails all she said was 'sorry I had to make sure of the email address" - that is whilst the email subject contains their reference number.
