went into kenilworth fnb , opend my account again gave all documents etc go new card sat for an hour wen i wanted to swipe it said decline , cnt even transfer money , went to ottery branch days ago the lady told me my accoun is frozen cause i need proof of address , when i had all these documents at kenilworth y didnt they do what needs to be done its embarassing to swipe n ur card gets declned the lady askd me for proof of address at ottery gave her she then tel me she need a statement not an invoice with my detials on so what is a proof of address then , they were to in a rush to go home

i feel like closing my account aswell as my kids
