PATHETIC!!!

I placed an order for the ps5 through FNB connect on the 13 April 2021. I called in on the 15th, to verify the delivery of my order, the only details that were incorrect was my contact number which I rectified. During this telephonic conversation they confirmed that my order was to be delivered on the 20th April 2021. I then followed up numerous times after the 20th regarding my order, I was notified that there was a problem with the stock allocation and I would be notified as to when my delivery would take place. I placed this order with the sole purpose of surprising my son for his birthday. I just received a call saying that they have no stock and have to cancel my order!!! Do not order from FNB connect!!!
