Pathetic

I would like to know what is happening with my ***** case I lodged early May this year.

Reference ***

I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the manner in which my case is being dealt with. I have heard no progress whatsoever. I have heard that my colleagues who bank with other banks have frozen the *****sters accounts, recovered the funds and have been paid out.

So now my concern lies with the safety of Fnb bank.

I am a client of fnb for over 17 years. After contacting the fnb ***** line, they have advised that I email the NCCto follow up which i have done numerous times before this and haven't even received a courtesy reply.

Its three months later.

National Complaints Commission.

I still did not get any feedback.

I still do not have my money.

I still do not know what the situation is.

There is no information regarding the recovery of lost funds. All i have been doing this far is patiently wait for your company to resolve the issue and hope and pray they return my money even though i highly know they froze the *****sters accounts by now because how can't you locate millions.

Now, I have been patient enough.

Other investors of ABSA, NEDBANK and Capitec have returned their clients funds and feel assured that if any problems occur their funds are protected by their financial institutions.

After speaking to fnb's ***** department, they advised me that it's out of their hands and I should contact the National consumers commission... Why has it become my problem to follow up with this ***** case, considering that I am a client of fnb and it is their responsibility to protect my funds as they are my financial institution.

Other banks will protect you and resolve issues with good feedback. Why is FNB slow. Why is NCC slow.

It is their reckless banking that caused my money to be ****** from this *****ulent pmp mining investment company, opening numerous fnb bank accounts and fnb not keeping track of who they are and what they're upto. Banks have a responsibility to protect our funds.

And employing ***** investigators to make sure no bad people are doing business with them and endangering their clients. I thought safety was of high priority.

I demand a conclusion and my money to be recovered, as this is highly disappointing. I paid around R54 000 into these *****sters fnb accounts which they gave to me. There was money going in and out of my account without my knowledge and only detectable via my statement, so how did they have the means to transfer the funds from my account into theirs and still label it as "investment transfers".

I feel that Fnb has failed me by not ensuring the safety of my funds as their client. Now the money is missing and no one has the decency to respond to me regarding a solution to my losses.
