Pathetic
I do not know who to talk to anymore. I have no option on the app or on the website to reverse my debit orders under R200,00. I had to phone in and ask them to reverse my debit orders. But what is the use if I reverse my debit order of R98.00 and there is a R40,00 debit order charge on my account???????? I request them to reverse the R40,00. And everytime I ask them why cant I reverse my own debit orders they have got no answer for me???????????

Login to your Online Banking profile or FNB App and select 'My Bank Accounts' to view a list of your accounts. Select your debit order account and then 'My Debit Orders'. A list of your debit orders will be displayed. Select the reason for disputing the debit order and then select 'Reverse' or 'Stop'.
