Pathetic
So disappointed in FNB, I have been at the bramch 3 times now and each time I am not getting any joy,I am taking away time from my work and family to sort out something that coule have been rectified from day 1, even ur investment contact center agents give incorrect information, spending hours at the bank and for what, I am so angry that I can act on impulse and close this account because it seems as if no one knows whats goin on!
