Pathetic
<p>Fnb welkom is really really really terrible. Number one my mom who is a pensioner has to stand in line for a statement because the machines are out of order . If you need to go to the you spend a whole day there due to the lack of staff . Some unfriendly staff and the visit to the branch is very very frustrating. My mother is a customer of the bank. I will never join fnb. Please do something about the horrible welkom branch. Pathetic is an understatement </p>
