My Mom received an sms saying that she needs to update the Fica documents, she been with FNB for years now, now you want Fica documents, she is 69yrs old, she passout while walking, now you expect her to go and stand in a que at Fnb to update documents, and to risk going to a police station risking covid pandemic and waiting hours to get documents certified, she called Fnb wasted all her airtime to find out they will email her the documents, still no email received, how on earth do you want her to go certify the documents at SAPS, when she passes out, Fnb should make a plan for old age people,
