PATHETIC

i BOUGHT R100 to play the national lottery from my card. Normally it shows immediately. Today nothing but it has taken my money from my account. Trying to phone FNB oh my word. They just put you through to somebody else because they are ***********. They put me through to EBUCKS. What has ebucks got to do with my problem??????????????? I want to play my llottery now - now i am scared to do it . FNB CANNOT HELP ME OR DONT WANT TO HELP ME
