Pathetic

FNB LOANS & CREDIT CARD DEPARTMENT. For about 3 months now, I have made an attempt to explain to you that my husband is in prison. That is why you won't be able to reach him. That is why he is not able to make payments. I have explained, I have sent the letter confirming his imprisonment over and over again. Yet we get notices that FNB hasn't been able to get a hold of him. I don't know what you want me to tell you. HE IS IN PRISON! You won't be able to get a hold of him. He won't be able to make payments now. We are busy with an appeal. How many times do i have to send the same letter. How many times do I have to complain about FNB simply not understanding the situation. I unfortunately don't know what to tell you anymore.
