PATHETIC

UNFORTUNATELY - I have to give you 1 star to e able to write this...

ONCE AGAIN - this bank is refusing to assist in helping me...

1. I still cannot download the app on my phone - due to phone "being incompatible" (Its an android - All my other banking apps work!)

2. I cannot do any banking on my laptop - because device isnt verified. (Ive been usin this laptop for 2 months now!!! ITS NOT VERIFYING ITSELF!!!!)

3. I have been asking for assistance - NUMEROUS TIMES - and every time I get told that they cant assist, because laptop isnt verified... I cannot report *****, because device isnt verified. You cannot assist, because my mobile app isnt working and I cannot get the notifications from there....

ARE YOU JUST NOT INTERESTED IN HELPING ME???

I opened this account in Feb 2023, and I have had only **** with FNB

WORST bank to be with!!!!!
