Pathetic

What pathetic service are you guys giving your customers. Firstly you took out tellers from your branches and are making us use your stupid app. When we do that you don't clear funds immediately and we have to contact your consultants like Shumisani Malisha who lie and tell us our issues will be resolved within an hour, which didn't happen. I then had to callback and spoke to a clueless consultant " Jonathan Juggen" who was not helpful and also refused to put me through to his supervisor "Simon Motlamelle".
