Pathetic!

I have never opened an account with FNB, nor do I have the desire to. I ,unfortunately, have no other choice but to withdraw funds from my PayPal account. Dealing with your PayPal and Know Customer Team is a joke. The am in absolute disbelief as to how long it takes to open a profile to withdraw my funds. Sipho, in your PayPay department, takes the cake of the most uninterested person. There is not a single person who knows what they are talking about. Their knowledge is limited to asking for your ID, name and surname, residential address and email address. Pathetic is an understatement!
