Pathetic
Worst customer service ever. No response to their emails. They don't have any direct branch contact numbers. I wish I could close my fnb account and go to another bank. Useless and very annoying

You are all fast asleep and have no idea what's happening. The lack of service is demeaning and frustrating. I will close this account and move my business to another company. I'm sick and tired of talking to robots and useless imbeciles via email
