Pathetic

I took out a loan on the 27th of August. When it was paid I changed my mind and transferred the money back immediately. I then emailed personal loans to cancel as I had 5 days to change my mind but I did it all on the day. Personal loans never responded. I emailed Super Service and Personal loans again and got a automated response but was not assisted. Today they debited me an installment for that loan I paid back immediately. I am sick and tired of the lack of service at FNB. They not prepared to help with anything but they quick to deduct money. I want my money back today.
