Pathetic
I have a problem on my account, THE BANK deducted money twice for one transaction. I phoned to get it corrected and was told that the bank must investigate and someone will be in contact in 3 working days. Its been 8 days already. I tried phoning the bank with no answer. So I decided to phone every single department whos number I could get hold of. I phoned them all twice, not one of them answered, NOT ONE !!! Absolutely pathetic !!!
