Pathetic

Today i went to FNB in welkom to make a deposit but the tellers inside refused to help and directed everybody to the ATMs outside. The lines at the ATMs were ridiculously long while the bank was empty inside because the tellers said thay they only accept big business deposits inside. The tellers were literally sitting idle while everybody was in long ques outside. Really ******* service and i am glad i left your bank.
