Pathetic

I have updated my cellphone number numerous times and now I am faced with the challenge that my OTPs are going to my old number therefore the new owner of the SIM card is now able to access my private messages from FNB

My online profile has been blocked and I am unable to receive any OTPs because it goes to another person. This is an infringement on my privacy, FNB does not take cyber related matters seriously and my private banker is nowhere to be found!!!
