Pathetic

I spoke a week ago via there chat bot in FNB's app about changing the email address. I did as instructed. FNB still uses the old email address and when you go on there website it says the new address. There system is so pathetic that even when I change it, it shows its changed but they still use the old address! How FNB can be rated the best at using technology blows my mind as it does not work!
