Pathetic!

Thought I was at a great bank. Been struggling 2 weeks for a loan. After it said approved, when I followed up they told me it has been declined. I was approved by another credit provider within 2 hours. The FNB paid the loan as well after saying it declined. Now I am stuck with 2 loans and FNB can't even phone you back, I need to keep phoning them. I am so amgry I feel like changing banks as I have to transfer money and claim from accounts been paid
