Fnb... I have been holding on for over 2 hours to be assisted and an hour for assistance on my banking app!! I called to stop a debit order on Tuesday and was told to call back should it go off. What service is this being offered to customers? Service that we pay for to have convenience! I am still on hold waiting for someone to assist almost 2 and a half hours later!!
