PATHETHIC CLIENT SERVICE

Never expected this kind of POOR service from FNB. Very disappointed! I have a PayPal account and this is MONOPOLISED by FNB because there is no other way of getting MY MONEY out!! I called three numbers, got shunted from pillar to post for 45 minutes on Tuesday. Eventually got to Khosatzana who sent me an email address and said if I send my Fica documents "today" she will query it and get back to me today - did that - today is Thursday - STILL WAITING. Pathetic customer service!!!
