PATHETHIC CLAIM SERVICE FROM FNB

I bought sunglasses in 2021 December which I just lost on the 26/11/2023 from my car and I am now claiming from FNB House Contents Insurance and they are asking me to drive many km's to go get a Police Report for the sunglasses which were ****** in an area where I was passing by since visiting my relative. This is the nonsanse they sent to me:

Proof of purchase, i.e., invoice / letter from the Medical Aid Case number Police statement / Affidavit Overview picture of the vehicle Trip log from the tracking company Image showing visible signs of forced entry to the vehicle Image showing where the Ray Ban Sunglasses were kept
