pathethetic service

This the worst service i have received from a bank that i have been with for 21 years this year .I have been trying to get help regarding my overdraft facility and from the time i spoke to an agent last Friday everything she explained was lie to try and upsell me a product that i did not need. then another agent called me back to rectify the problem but in doing so now my debit did not go off then you people tell me i am in arrears when my debit order goes off every month on the 27th. i paid the credit card immediately after receiving the notification and now about 1 hour ago to my surprise you people debited my account for the instalment on my credit card and now i am short on my payment for my rental as there was 2 payments went out for the credit card .i need the funds returned immediately and my account on my credit card which now says inactive but there is funds available to be made active and the error cleared from my account the debit order needs to placed back for the 27 th. i will expect a call from a manage today or this will be taken further and i will move my account to a bank that will appreciate me as a longstanding client.
