Patheric service to get a new bank card.

I have now been chatting with the FNB Private Suit for more than an hour. Spoke to Madisaotsile that could not understand what I wanted, then transferred me to Mphonyana (Card delivery) who transferred me to Tshegofato who transferred me again to card delivery, this time Nonhlanhla who did not even bother to answer me and just ended our conversation or rather mine!!!. Had to start the process but was lucky enough to get to Thabisile who seems to be the only staff member who knows what to do!!! BUT then I was transferred again to Nonhlanhla who ended our conversation earlier!! How difficult can it be to deliver my bank card to my home or work address???? You made the mess FNB, fix it!!!!!!!!! I need my card! Worst of all, you never communicated anything to me! You just ignore all emails. AND now NONHLANHLA HAS JUST ENDED OUR CONVERSATION FOR A SECOND TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
