Passport/ID process false advertising

I app**** for my passport at FNB Lynnwood on 19 November 2025, only to be told to collect it at Home Affairs Centurion. This defeats the purpose of booking through a bank, as I still had to face long queues at Home Affairs. The process feels misleading and incomplete — FNB only handles part of it and then leaves customers on their own. Very disappointing. Maybe opt to use a different bank.
