Passport renewal unavailable in Gauteng.

We have elected to do our daughters passport renewal through our bank as it seemed a better option than to go through Homeafairs. Now, none of the 4 branch options in Gauteng have dates available for appointments and several calls later we have still not been assisted. This process has become as tedius as going through to homeafairs. Very dissapointed in FNB for the lack of service in this regard.
