PASSPORT COLLECTION COMPLAINT

I've been notified to collect my passport at portside fnb on the 27th of May. Went to the portside branch on the 2nd of July and was told I can't get my passport due to that they are offline.

I spend a lot of money just to get at the branch. The staff and managers at portside fnb have a "don't care attitude".

I had to go back home without a passport. Just imagine how that should feel.

This branch service is so poor. Managers should act their position.

They just left me hanging and no help.
